Located an 8-minute walk from the Ryotsu Port Terminal of Sado Kisen Steamship, the house can be rented out for a maximum of 8 people. Please be assured that this is not a type of accommodation shared with other guests. There is a living and dining space, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook. There are four bedrooms. Each room has 2 single beds, for a total of 8 beds. The space Ryotsu Port is only an 8-minute walk away, and you will have easy access to tourist attractions such as Sado Kinzan. Please feel free to inquire about our facilities, tourist attractions, delicious restaurants, hot springs, etc. ☆About our facility We have 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. There are 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and 2 washbasins on the 1st floor, and 1 toilet and 1 washbasin on the 2nd floor. There is a kitchen in the room, and you can buy food at the supermarket and cook during your stay. There are pots and pans in the kitchen, but we do not provide seasonings. We provide amenities such as a hair dryer, bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and disposable slippers. A washing machine is available. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available. Free WIFI is available throughout the entire facility. We have internet TV so you can watch Netflix, etc. with your own account. One free parking space is available. Guest access The entire facility is available for private use by those who have reserved it. This is not a shared room. We strictly do not allow anyone other than the person who made the reservation to enter the room. Other things to note The password for the key will be provided the day before check-in. We will provide a full refund only in the event that the entire route is cancelled due to weather problems or other reasons. However, if the ferry you have booked is cancelled and another ferry is in service, no refund will be given. In the event that all ferry services are cancelled after check-out, a 10% discount of the reservation price may be applied for an extra night. Children: Infants under 2 years of age stay free of charge, children 2-12 years of age and older stay at the adult rate. Please take care of the number of guests at the time of reservation. If any of the following house rules are broken, a flat fee of 30,000 yen will be charged. ・Smoking is prohibited in all areas. Please go out to the street when you smoke. ・Do not lose the key of the house. ・No barbecue is allowed. ・Failure to leave after the check-out time. ・Act of playing loud music indoors or outdoors. ・Smoking indoors or drinking alcohol outdoors. ・Loud singing or other boisterous behavior that may disturb neighbors. ・Bringing in pets in general ・Dirty or damaged fixtures will be charged.
