Our Guest House is a perfect place to relax any time of the year. 20 minutes from the center of Batumi on the top of the mountain, an excellent choice to relax in any company. Fresh air and beautiful sunsets right from your window! The space Welcome to our two-storey guest house with a citrus garden, a river and beautiful mountains around. You can rent the whole house or each floor separately. There are 5 bedrooms for 10 people. If needed, we can provide additional accommodation. First floor: Three guest rooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), kitchen, fireplace room, bathroom, toilet. Second floor: Large hall with a floor-to-ceiling view window + separate chillout lounge area with a floor-to-ceiling view window, 2 bedrooms (the first with a bunk bed for two people, and the second with one double bed). Small comfortable kitchen and a washing machine. Two toilets, one with a shower. The house has central heating, wi-fi, fireplace on the first floor, two large outdoor viewing areas where you can arrange a barbecue or set a table for gatherings.There is plenty of space in the yard for parking. The house is also suitable for seminars, workshops, retreats and family vacations. It is possible to rent a house for a long time, depending on the dates. You're welcome to contact us anytime. Each floor has private entrance, bathrooms and kitchen. Beautiful courtyard with an old tree, two view-terraces, a cozy decorated barbecue area. There are night lanterns and garlands everywhere. A large parking space in front of the house. Terrace garden with fresh tangerines on the hillside. Other things to note It's perfect if you have a car, but if you travel without transport, we can arrange a transfer from the airport / railway station.
