The space The Carolina Wren is a newly renovated bright and comfy two bedroom one bath home. It is equipped with two queen beds and a futon sofa that comfortably sleeps 4. The living room futon opens up if extra space is needed for a fifth guest. Each bedroom includes a comfortable queen size platform bed, clothes closet(s), and dresser and a smart TV; providing guests with both free Roku streaming television, and access to paid service applications using guest account logins. These smart TV's exit out of your streaming account for you at the end of your stay. Guests will enjoy a spacious walk-in Shower with glass door and plenty of hot water from the tankless heater. Your stay includes a Starter pack of items including paper products, Keurig coffee pods, cream and sugar, water bottles, and snacks. There is a fully equipped kitchen including many necessary conveniences for meal preparations. There is a dining table seated for four and place settings for 6+. A park style charcoal grill available for use in the back yard. *Please bring your own charcoal briquettes. Please note, that although we are conveniently located to many places to visit and eat, the home is located near a busy intersection. There are two white noise/bluetooth devices in the home to offset some of this noise. What To Do? You will enjoy full private access to each room (minus the owners' closet) and the exterior amenities. There is free parking in the home's two car space width driveway. Technology! Many of the appliances and features are new and function by new technology. Here are a few helps to access and use them. Dishwasher: Press and Hold Power button for (3) seconds to reset. Select wash mode. Press Power button and time should reset to over 2 hours (depending on mode selected). Close dishwasher door. You should hear the machine start. Electric fireplace: Power button is located in top right hand hold. Press switch on for power. Check that all plugs are connected. Use the remote to change settings. Front bedroom Fan: To run fan, select one of the numbers around the center button. 1 slow, 2 medium, 3 fast speed. Power fan off with center button. Printer: Google for instructions to connect to your computer. Don't hesitate to let us know if you need additional help with any items in the home!
