The space The apartment, located on the first floor of a brand new eco-friendly building, thanks to solar panels and the absence of gas, is cozy and modern. There are three entrances, one in front of the Castle of Julius II, next to a supermarket and the other two in the side streets. An external elevator and the absence of stairs will facilitate access with strollers and luggage. The entrance opens onto a large living room, with a sofa bed, smart TV and a new open kitchen, equipped with appliances and an induction hob for preparing your meals. From the living room, you can access a small balcony with a washing machine and an outdoor sink. The lovely bathroom is spacious and equipped with a cabinet/sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Passing through a small hallway, you will find the bedroom, large and bright. It is equipped with all the comforts to spend your moments of rest, a king-size bed, a large wardrobe with a mirror to store your clothes, a chest of drawers and a luggage rack. From the room, you will have access to the second balcony, with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or a pleasant breakfast in the tranquility of the village.
