Private Mansion - Pool & Spa

Our mansion is at your disposal for a few days, to host your private or professional events, or simply to get together for a summer vacation. Welcome your guests in a bucolic setting, less than 40 minutes from Lyon, Chambéry and Grenoble, without sacrificing accessibility. The villa is located on the outskirts of the town, close to highway access, in the middle of a green setting where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a quiet setting The space The accommodation is a 200 m² house, on two levels: - a ground floor with two living rooms of about 40 m², and a kitchen; - one floor with four large bedrooms of about 15 m² (equipped with at least one queen size double bed), a bathroom and a toilet. It is built on 3500 m² of flat land. It has several terraces, a wooden pergola, a pool area with a 13 x 9 m pool and a small spa for two people. You have full access to it, and you will be alone there for the duration of your rental. A closed barn is available as an option for your late evenings, with reception equipment (folding tables, chairs, covers, and outdoor tent 10 m x 5 m), at €200/rental, but to be installed by you. Guest access The ground floor of the house and the first floor, without limitation. The cellar and attic are not accessible. Self check-in: manage your check-in time as you see fit. I will provide you with the code by phone at the time of your arrival. Other things to note Parking is available on site. You can easily walk to the town center in 3 minutes, or drive to Lake Paladru in 8 minutes. You have access to the entire home outside the technical parts (cellar, garden shed, workshop). This is our main residence: we make it available to you, and we ask you to treat it with care. Trash cans are available inside and outside: please use them and do not throw garbage on the ground (inside and outside) or in the pool. WiFi is available for your use without limitation. There is also a video projector in the first living room, available wirelessly. A pétanque court is at your disposal: bring your pétanque balls!
