Private Mansion - Pool & Spa

Our mansion is at your disposal for a few days, to host your private or professional events, or just gather for a summer vacation. Receive your guests in a bucolic setting, less than 40 minutes from Lyon, Chambéry and Grenoble, without giving up accessibility. The villa is located on the outskirts of the municipality, close to motorway accesses, in the middle of a green setting where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a quiet setting The space The accommodation is a house of 200m², on two levels: - an appointment with two living rooms of about 40m², and a kitchen; - a floor with four large bedrooms of about 15m² (equipped at least with a queen size double bed), a bathroom and a toilet. It is erected on 3500m² of flat land. It has several terraces, a wooden pergola, a pool area with a 13 x 9m swimming pool and a small spa for two people. You have full access to it, and you will be alone there for the duration of your rental. An enclosed barn is available as an option for your late evenings, with reception equipment (folding tables, chairs, covers, and outdoor tent 10mx5m), at €200/rental, but to be installed by you. Guest access The appointment of the house and the first floor, without limitation. The cellar and attic are not accessible. Self check-in: Manage your check-in time as you see fit. I will provide you with the code by phone at the time of your arrival. Other things to note Guests can park on site. You can easily walk to the city center of the town 3 minutes away, or by car to Lake Paladru Lake 8 minutes away. You have access to the entire accommodation outside the technical parts (cellar, garden shed, workshop). This is our primary residence: we're making it available to you, and we kindly ask you to treat it with care. Garbage cans are available indoors and outdoors: please use them and do not dispose of trash on the floor (indoors or outdoors) or in the pool. WiFi is available to you without limitation. You can also find a projector in the first living room, available for wireless connection. A pétanque court is at your disposal: bring your petanque balls!
