The space The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and a small table with two stools for coffee; - LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed, TV, dining table, split A/C, and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, and split A/C; - BATHROOM with a shower, sink, and toilet; - LARGE TERRACE with a dining table, outdoor armchairs, sun loungers, and a retractable awning for cover. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating, and air conditioning provided via splits (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: The elevator reaches the fourth floor - the apartment is on the fifth. It is necessary to climb a flight of stairs. There are two steps to access the kitchen. A small step to access the terrace. Heating is provided via split A/C - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. NO BIDET. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and we will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests.
