80 m2 apartment with a 30 m2 terrace. Fifth floor with city views. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a study and a service room + 3 bathrooms I work in hospitality so I love having guests and making them feel comfortable and at home. The space What makes it unique? The apartment is on the fifth floor, and has a 30m2 terrace facing a closed park. You will NEVER hear the noise of a car and you have a view of all of Bogota. It's magical!!! Guest access The building has two access options. 1. It is on Cra 1, where both pedestrians and vehicles usually enter, but if you do not have a car, there is pedestrian access through the park. This park faces a closed street that is Trans 1A or Cra 2. It's very close to Julia, the pizzeria on Cra 4. Inside the apartment you have access to everything except my room and my bathroom. Otherwise you can use any service, such as living room, dining room, terrace, BBQ, laundry area, and kitchen. Other things to note Remember that I have dogs, so they usually leave hair around the house, however I have a robot vacuum cleaner which is a great help and keeps the apartment always clean. It's important that you like animals because this is also their home and they are part of the family
