The apartment is 49 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or small groups. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a cosy space to rest after a day exploring the city. The living room, very spacious and bright, is the heart of the apartment. It features a dining table, a sofa, and a large balcony to enjoy the outdoors. For your comfort, the living room has air conditioning and heat pump heating. The American kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, freezer, oven, crockery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron, television and high-speed fibre optic wifi. The complete bathroom has a modern shower and hairdryer. The apartment is located on a second floor which is a real room, but as there is no lift, please bear in mind that access is via stairs. Please take note of the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during the stay is not included. - Baby cot: Price: 30.00 EUR per reservation. La taxe touristique à partir du 1er avril 2026 sera de 9,50 €. - SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is completely prohibited in all areas of the apartment, including the balcony. - NO PARTIES or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
