The space Our rooms are: 5 rooms - 2-bed 2 rooms - 2-bed (comfort) 1 room – 4-bed (two-room) 2 rooms – 4-bed (two-level) We offer comfortable rooms, decorated in a loft style, with pleasant lighting and modern amenities. Each room is equipped with: • Beds: Comfortable double beds with soft mattresses and quality bed linen. • Furniture: nightstands, shelves for clothes storage, work area. • Appliances: flat-screen TV, air conditioning, kettle with tea and coffee set. • Bathroom: Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and necessary toiletries. Guest access The courtyard is the perfect place to relax and entertain, where guests can enjoy the comfort and atmosphere of friendliness. This place combines separate areas, each offering unique opportunities to enjoy time outdoors. -Kitchen -For your convenience, we have an equipped kitchen with everything you need. - Swimming pool – has optimal sizes for swimming and relaxing, sun loungers are installed around the pool. There is also access to towels and a shower next to the pool. - BBQ area – Electric grill is ideal for guests who want to enjoy cooking al fresco. - Firepit area - this area is perfect for evening gatherings where guests can discuss the past day or share stories under the stars - Picnic area – Tables and benches are also provided on the patio for organizing picnics or just for spending time outdoors together. Here you can dine or have evening gatherings with your loved ones. - Sitting area - along the patio, cozy hammocks are ready, where guests can sit with a book or just enjoy the sounds of nature. - Banquet hall - designed for comfortable accommodation from 10 to 30+ people, making it suitable for both small and larger events. - The bathhouse is spacious enough to accommodate multiple people, allowing you to spend time with friends or family in a comfortable environment. - Parking - is in close proximity to the hotel entrance, providing easy access to your vehicles both driveway and departure. We invite you to take advantage of all the possibilities of this unique space and create unforgettable memories during your stay Other things to note Optional services: Slippers - 50 UAH Room cleaning with change of bed linen and towels - 250 UAH Animals - only small dogs are allowed, no cats. Additional cleaning - 500 UAH per animal. The dog must be on a leash, should not dig the lawn. The owner must keep an eye on the dog, clean up after the dog. Dog event - $100 (in case of property damage). The cost depends on the number of guests.
