A short walk leads to the lake, the beach and the public swimming area. 18 minutes to Linköping city center and 5 minutes to Göta Canal's biggest attraction, Bergs slussar. Note that bedroom 5 is a passage to bedrooms 3 and 4. The house has a bathroom, extra toilet and separate shower with sauna and hot tub. Suitable for 5–6 guests for longer stays. The space The house has both a main entrance and a rough entrance. The entry way is equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area offers a fantastic lake view. Likewise, you can enjoy the magnificent lake view from the upstairs living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and the beds are high quality. The large patio offers a wonderful panoramic view of the lake, meadows and horse pastures. The plot is well fenced in, perfect for children and pets. There are two toilets, one on each floor. Downstairs, there is also a shower, a large bathtub and a sauna with the magnificent view. Guest access You have full access to the whole house as well as the fenced plot. Other things to note Some cleaning is preferred by the guest. If the guest is orderly during their stay, the time and effort for cleaning is small. A checklist will be provided at check-in. Your host will take care of the final cleaning.
