Chilltown is a cosy cottage in a peaceful, picturesque setting with stunning views of Burrill Lake and Pigeon House Mountain. Burrill Beach, Lake, Lagom Bakery, Rosie Oats Café, The Fish Shop, IGA, bottle shop and day spa are all a short stroll or drive away. Enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking and water sports. There is a good selection of Cafés, restaurants, bars, wineries and shops, with Ulladulla, Mollymook and historic Milton close by. The space The cottage spans two levels, each with its own entrance. The upper level has been recently renovated and features a stunning wrap-around deck. Enjoy amazing views from the rear, or relax in the tranquil front section — a sunny, sheltered spot that’s perfect on breezy days. Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy open-plan living space with a modern kitchen, large sliding doors opening onto the deck, and dining for up to 8 guests. A BBQ is also available for outdoor meals. This level includes the two main bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The lower level has not yet been renovated but is clean, comfortable, and functional. It includes a laundry with bathroom facilities, plus a combined living/bedroom area with a queen bed, TV, and PlayStation. This space is separated by curtains rather than doors. Internal stairs connect both levels for easy access. Outside, the lower level opens onto another covered deck, offering a cool, shaded retreat. This area includes additional seating for 8 people, a hammock, and a firepit nearby — perfect for relaxing evenings. Guest access The whole house, front garden and side of the house are accessible. Access to the rear garden is very steep so please avoid this area. Other things to note Driveway is steep so be careful when walking down.
