Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us. Supplies: A complimentary welcome snack will be provided and we always provide basics including tea, coffee, sugar, S&P, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry, and dishwashing supplies, and toilet paper! For extended stays, please bring extra provisions. Checking in and out Check-in: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am Checkout before 10:00 am Self check-in with key safe During your stay 6 guests maximum No pets No parties or events No smoking or vaping Booking Age We only accept reservations from guests aged 23 and above unless those below 23 are staying as part of a family group with parents present. No Events Policy We have a strict no-events policy at this house. We cannot accommodate any type of event, including parties, weddings, hens/bucks' weekends, or functions. It is the booking guest's responsibility to read our terms and conditions prior to booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to adhere to our terms. The primary booking person is also responsible for ensuring all other guests comply with these rules. Any breach of house rules in general can result in eviction and loss of bond. Number of Guests At no time during your stay are extra or additional people allowed on the premises. If booked for 5 people, only 5 people can stay, even if the property can accommodate more guests. Noise If you or any other guest at the property receive a noise complaint, you may be asked to leave the property immediately, which can result in eviction and/or loss of bond. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am, as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets that are noise-sensitive. Check-Out Check-out time is strictly 10:00 am unless a late check-out is offered or negotiated in advance. If our team is notified that you have not checked out on time without an approved late check-out, an additional charge may apply. Cleaning It is a requirement that the property is returned in a clean condition. Your rental includes a general clean; however, if there is excess cleaning, we will charge extra. Extra cleaning includes, but is not limited to, dirty dishes, rubbish not removed to outside bins, excess rubbish, stained linen, or food and drink stains. Excess cleaning: $100-$150 Dirty dishes: $50 Refrigerators cleared of leftover food $50 Rubbish inside not removed: $50 Food stains: $250 to $400 BBQ not cleaned: $50 Rubbish Upon departure, all rubbish inside must be placed in the outside council bins. If it is bin night during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed out on the curb. The bin night for your property is advised in your pre-arrival email. You will be charged the tipping fee and the time to tip if excess rubbish is left at the property or if the garbage bin is not put out on bin night as requested. Loss & Damage Any damage, breakage, or theft is the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. If anything is noted by our cleaners as missing or broken, it will be charged against the bond. Should you discover a fault or breakage when you arrive, please advise us immediately. Smoking Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house, a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, do not leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters, etc. If butts are found on the premises, a $150 surcharge is applied. Security To prevent theft or damage to furnishings or your personal property, all doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property during your stay and upon departure. Should you not be able to secure the property, you should contact us immediately. If the property has a key safe, please use it during your stay. Pets Pets friends are only welcome when your request is approved. If evidence of a pet is discovered without approval, you will be charged for steam cleaning of carpets, furniture, and/or mess left by the pet(s). If you have your pet with you, it is expected that a few simple rules are followed: All pets must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Any mess, including outdoors, must be wrapped and placed in outside bins. Pet bedding must be supplied by the guest. If you are at a property that allows your pet inside, please restrict it to hard floor areas and do not allow it onto furniture or into bedrooms. You agree to pay for any damage or extra cleaning required resulting from the pet having stayed. Issues During Your Stay If you experience an issue during your stay, please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to fix it. We will not consider compensation unless we have been afforded the opportunity to solve the problem. Keys Any loss of keys or remote controls must be reported to us immediately. The following charges apply for key replacement: normal keys $30 each, security keys $200 each, garage remotes/security swipes $300, and change of locks up to $1000. Lost Property If not claimed within 30 days, items will be disposed of. Furniture Furniture should not be moved around the house, and utensils, crockery, etc., should not be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused by moving furniture, some of our cleaners are quite petite and physically cannot move furniture. There may be additional charges for having to sort this. BBQ BBQs are to be operated by guests over the age of 18 only and are used at the guests’ own risk. Guests will be held liable for any damage caused by incorrect use. When using a gas/wood fire/BBQ, ensure the fire/gas is directly supervised by an adult and switched off when unattended or leaving the property, even for short periods. Supervision of children around any fireplace/BBQ is always required and is the responsibility of parents/guardians. All fireplaces/BBQs and their casings can get extremely hot and may cause serious burns. It is strongly recommended that fireplaces/BBQs not be operated when children are staying onsite. Prohibited Recreational Activities Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
