All windows consist of 3 panes with sound insulation and also have external roller shutters and fly screens. Each of the 3 living rooms has air conditioning that cools in summer and serves as heating in the cold season. The bathroom is heated with infrared. All rooms are on one level on the ground floor and there is only one step to overcome in front of the entrance door. The bathroom and toilet are also very comfortable and are two separate rooms. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with all the necessary
