The large stacking windows are equipped with electric roll down shutters. Ground Floor Layout: The living room is made up of the braai area, pool table, TV lounge, kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 are on the ground floor along with bathrooms 3, 4, & 5. There is also a scullery with washing up area, extra fridge, chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Top Floor Layout: Consists of a porch area with a stunning sea view, with bedrooms 1 & 2 on each side of the porch. Bedrooms 1 & 2 both have en-suite bathrooms & amazing sea views. Also on the top floor is a loft area with another 2 single beds. Parking & Garages: Behind the house is 2 large garages available for parking (one of which is high enough to accommodate a boat). Undercover parking available for 2 smaller vehicles. Parking next to the house, behind gate for another 2 vehicles. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, yard & garages. Once of the garages is lock with owners personal belongings. Yard is completely fenced.
