Country house - Lot et Garonne - 25 min Agen

✨ Ideally located in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, our house 🏡 can accommodate up to 4 people. With its retro vibe 🎞️, it's perfect for a relaxing stay 🛌, this unpretentious and functional house is ideal for small budgets 💰. 😊 Please know that we are renovating it little by little. (the kitchen in October 2024), the living room (soon) and the toilet (February 2025). The space The house dates from the 60s, it is elevated and consists of: - A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, - A living room with 2 90 cm beds and a sofa bed, TV, coffee table, large sideboard with games and tourist documentation. - A fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. (Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle...) redone in October 2024. - A balcony with a garden table, - A bathroom - A toilet (redone in February 2025) - A laundry room (washing machine and dryer) is accessible in the garage in the basement. Guest access You will have access to the entire place, parking and garden. The swimming pool is accessible from the sunny days, until mid-October, it is at my house, a few meters from the house, it is shared with us, access is via a discreet path along my house. Please note that you need to climb a few steps to access the accommodation. Other things to note Baby 🍼 equipment available free of charge upon request. 🎁 Sheets, towels, internet, parking and end of stay cleaning included. 🐕 We allow pets (1 at a time!) You will be only 10 minutes from the A62, 25 minutes from Agen, Tonneins and Nérac, 30 from Marmande, and 40 from Villeneuve sur Lot.
