A very quiet area, approximately 10 blocks from Playa Los Botes and 8 from Playa Anaconda! By car, 2 minutes from downtown La Paloma and 1 minute from large supermarkets! For the winter it has a beautiful stove. The house has bed linens and towels for a better guest stay! The space It has a double bedroom with a sommier, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a sailor bed. Not suitable for 4 adults Guest access Guests can use the entire house and the patio with a grill. The total area is approximately 600 square meters.
