The space As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed in a refined entrance hall, equipped with a LARGE MIRROR with elegant curves and a small practical piece of furniture to store your everyday objects and browse a selection of books at your disposal. → A separate toilet is conveniently located on the left for added convenience. In → front of you, discover a spacious bathroom, with a recess accommodating two small hooks for your towels or bathrobes, a double vanity unit with a large mirror, a heated towel rail, a BATHTUB and a SHOWER TRAY, offering a wellness experience. → On the right, enter an EQUIPPED KITCHEN with a vintage dining area that blends into the living room, visually separated by tiles on the kitchen side and parquet on the living room side. → The living room itself is arranged with a matching sofa and armchair, a glass and wood coffee table on a jute rug, an elegant TV cabinet and a WALL-MOUNTED TV, complemented by a DECORATIVE FIREPLACE and various harmonious decorative elements.
