very spacious and fully furnished , the house offers the interior comfort but also the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor space to admire the sunrise and sunset sitting on the large veranda which also bypasses the bedrooms , you can enjoy with your family this fabulous accommodation that offers good times in perspective , because the neighborhood offers ease (shops, restaurants, gym, hairdresser, parks etc...) less than 10min walk away. The space Host and guest will share some spaces, like the bathroom we will share the outdoor space as the parking lot, Pets, like dogs or cats, live in this home We have 3 female dogs and 1 cat, but during the guest occupancy, the dogs are permanently in their enclosure all day and during the night they are kept on a leash and always accompanied by the guard. ” Other things to note 1. The entire house is free for individual or family rental, and has no indoor common space but in the plot the common spaces are the main entrance ( gate ) , the parking lot , the backyard space where there is another independent rental apartment of the large house. in the plot there is a nice cat that tenants like to pet from time to time , and dogs for safety , but still locked in their enclosure during the day and at night are accompanied by the caretaker in their safety work. at the request of the guest we can keep them closed at night too , if necessary . but in general , the occupants prefer to leave the previous organization as they feel safer . 2. if necessary , even during the guests' stay, maintenance or small repairs can take place . But we always notify the customer at least a few hours in advance by any means of communication . 3. the guest is free to make at any time of the stay certain requests such as small repairs , cleaning etc...
