House in the heart of Périgord Pourpre

Located in the heart of a small Bergeracois village, our house is the ideal starting point for those who wish to explore the surrounding area and discover all the wonders of the Périgord pourpre, its vineyards, its rich heritage and its gastronomy. Our house is equipped to make your stay pleasant. You can also relax in the private garden. The space You enter a living-dining area which constitutes the oldest part of the house with walls of almost 50 cm which maintain a pleasant coolness in summer. The living room is equipped with a three-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair, a solid wood coffee table, a console, a wood stove housed in a fireplace, a large table and chairs and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. You then continue into the fully equipped kitchen (combined fridge-freezer, microwave, gas burner, coffee maker with pods provided, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plancha). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bathtub/shower). A small laundry room contains a new washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and floor cleaning equipment. At the back of the house, on the garden side, is the bedroom equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a valet and two bedside tables (additional blankets are at your disposal). The kitchen gives access to a furnished courtyard (low garden furniture, garden table with 4 chairs) and an extension to the fenced garden. Guest access You have access to the entire house, to the furnished backyard (garden furniture + garden table) with a view of the garden. Departure for hiking trails 50 meters from the house.
