THE SPACE BEDROOM This bedroom is on the first floor with an attic with sleeping arrangements and an ensuite bathroom. Includes an AC, heater, extra mattress, iron, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have provision for hot water, towels, and basic toiletries. DINING AREA There is a dining-cum-seating space. Includes a sound system, and a CCTV camera for security purposes. This space does not include an AC. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. LAWN There is a 10,000 sq. ft lawn with a sit-out space and bonfire pit area. Perfect for sundowners and small-scale events. The sit-out space offers mesmerising views of the mountains and lake. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
