The back of the house is the beach, giving the house a great view from the common space such as the living room, dining room, kitchen where customers can see the sea and hear the sound of the waves. A note for guests is that from November to the end of April every year, the sea in Phan Thiet area is usually active in the afternoon, and quieter in the morning. In addition, during this time, due to changes in wind direction, the beach often has garbage from the estuary hitting the shore. We always try to clean up the garbage on the beach in front of the house. However, beaches in other areas may have trash and lose their landscape. Guests are encouraged to use the pool during this time. Because it is located right on the sea front, where many natural insects such as flies and mosquitoes live. The house is equipped with mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Tenants are encouraged to close the glass doors to prevent insects from entering the house.
