The whole house is a two-story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is in a village with 24-hour security guards. Free parking for 2 cars. Located in a quiet, private suburb. Suitable for families with cars. Accommodates 6 adults. 2 children under 12 stay free (with extra beds). - 5 km to Central Westgate and Ikea Bang Yai. - 4.5 km from Khlong Bang Phai station on the MRT Purple Line. - Nearby there are 7-Eleven, Lotus, Mini Big C, and a fresh food market. - Located in the service area of delivery services (Grab, Line Man, etc.) - Fully equipped kitchen for cooking/barbecue grill/shabu shabu pot - Smoking area is outside the house only. Other things to note - Our house is suitable for families with private cars or those who use taxi or Grab car services, as it is in a private, fenced-in village on the outskirts of the city. - Our house has no reception staff, no breakfast, and no free cleaning during your stay. - Our house does not have toiletries/drinking water/toilet paper. Please replenish during your stay. - Our house is not a hotel, so you need to sign a rental agreement for your own benefit. - Our house has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (no bedrooms downstairs). - Our house has 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). - You can have a family party in our house, but no loud noise, especially after 10 pm. - Our house has automatic motion detection security cameras at the front of the house, entrance, and around the outside of the house (no security cameras inside the house for guest privacy). - All guests must provide a photo of their passport or ID card.❗️ - Guests staying less than 28 nights will not be able to use the swimming pool and gym (common areas). - All photos are taken at the actual location. - The host can be flexible with some conditions, but only after negotiating before check-in. - The host is honest, sincere, and provides accurate information.
