Amenities accessible in the next village. The land is not fenced, we will ask you not to leave your animals unattended. The space The accommodation is accessible by external stairs with a separate entrance. It consists of a living room with a living/dining area open to a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle and a coffee maker (Nespresso). Utensils, dishes and basic condiments are at your disposal. A master bedroom is adjacent to the living room. It is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a large dresser. A hallway allows you to access the bathroom and the second bedroom. This second bedroom can be arranged as two single beds (80 x 200 cm) or as a double bed (160 x 200 cm) provided you request it in advance (minimum 2 days before arrival). By default, the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are connected via a door that you can lock or not depending on your needs. The property has a separate toilet (access via the living room). For added comfort, we have equipped the accommodation with a dishwasher (which you are required to empty before your departure) and a washing machine (the products to be used are provided for your reservation). A private parking space is reserved for you next to your entrance. Wi-Fi is included in the rental. The TV is equipped with a TNT decoder allowing you to watch the free channels as well as a Chromecast to allow you to use your subscriptions to the different platforms. You will have the opportunity to "cast" (=share) your screen on the TV using the Chromecast technology made available to you under the name of "renard des vosges". You will find all the useful information in the welcome guide available on site. Warning! The garden is not fenced. The latter is shared between various domestic and wild animals (deer, squirrels, foxes, wild boars...). We will ask you to accompany your four-legged friends when they are outdoors and to be vigilant that no incident occurs. In the event of injury to another animal (whether domestic or wild), we remind you that the owner is held liable and must pay the veterinary costs related to the injury or injuries. A surcharge is payable for pet bookings (corresponding to the additional cleaning fee incurred). Please select the correct rate. Otherwise, the supplement will be requested upon arrival. Guest access To get to 15 Chemin des Mines, we recommend taking the Chemin des Grandes Gouttes to La Croix aux Mines if you pass through the municipality of Ban de Laveline. If you arrive via Fraize, you can directly enter the Chemin des Mines, which will be on your left from Rue d'Alsace. The house will be on the side, in a cul-de-sac. It's red with a wooden terrace. You must walk along the house to park next to the tiled staircase at the end. Your entrance is at the top of this staircase. A secure lockbox is to the left of your front door. Other things to note In the Vosges, restaurants are closed on Sundays except for fast food. Many of them are also closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Remember to call to check that they are open and book to avoid unpleasant surprises. For your shopping, you will find supermarkets in the following municipalities: Saint-Dié, Fraize, Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines. A local supermarket is open in Ban de Laveline at specific times, check the schedules on Google. As well as a second one in Raves. Bakeries: Ban de Laveline, Fraize, Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, Saint-Dié. If you arrive on a Sunday, plan your meal because the shops are not open. Many events take place throughout the year in a fairly wide radius. Christmas markets start from the last weekend of November until the one before Christmas (knowing that some last until January). The region is conducive to walks and hikes in the heart of nature, with more and more outdoor activities emerging. The gîte is located 1 hour from Nancy, 30 minutes from Baccarat, 30 minutes from Gérardmer, 50 minutes from Colmar, 45 minutes from La Bresse, 50 minutes from Vagney, 40 minutes from Munster, 1 hour 20 minutes from Mulhouse, 1 hour 10 minutes from Strasbourg, 20 minutes from Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, 20 minutes from Saint-Dié.
