The price here is the most cost-effective because there are no apartment facilities and the cost is relatively low, which saves some costs for your trip. In addition, My home provides a crib, filtered hot and cold water, washing machine and mattresses for six people, making it suitable for small families or friend to stay. The space My house come with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. - Master Bedroom with (1 ) bed (Queen) & (1) Single floor mattress attach with bathroom. - Second Bedroom with (1) bed (Queen) & (1) Single floor mattress. - Spacious living room with Sea View. - Provide finest linen and towel. - LED smart TV 42". - TM UNIFI speed 100Mbps. - Amenities such as quality hair and body shampoo. - Iron and hair dryer is provided. - Kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, induction cooker. - Water Filter Machine (Hot & Cold function). - Air conditioner. - 7 KG Washing Machine. - ATTARI Game in the unit - Portable Fan - Crib provided with no charges. - Baby Dining Chair is provided. Guest access - There was no swimming pool & gym room inside the condominium. - Limited 1 unit parking for guest. (Ground Floor) - Children Playground. (Ground). Other things to note Please Read Before Make a Reservation !! 1-Guest need to provide a copy of driving license / passport/ ic to host to verify there is clean background thru the air bnb chat. 2- Please always follow our house rule to keep surrounding peaceful. 3-Request any early check in before 3 PM will have additional charges -RM 35/hour . Conversely If guest unable to check out before 12pm on next day, a fee RM 35 per hour will be charge, and the fee shall be bank in to us immediately ; subject to availability. 4-If guest like to extend for stay, please noted us early and last result subject to availability, we will send invitation and guest need to approve it. 5-There is only available of (2) lift access card. 6-Any add on service will be charge directly to guest if needed. Service include exchange bedsheet, mattress, missing key or excess card. Fee will be charge directly to guest include handling fee, travel fee, any excess expenses or any service fee depend condition and time working. 7-Check in time may be vary with normal time depending size of unit, condition different, preparation time will be increases & we are deep apologize to the inconvenience. 8-Party, Function, Event, Proposal, Commercial photography and filming in the unit will have extra cost fee RM 150/days charge to guest. (This is extra wear&tear charge and not a decoration or cleaning charge.) Always inform host & pay it before check in time. Otherwise you will no allow to do it and we will penalty RM 200 to guest if we found after check out.
