Experience the ultimate coastal getaway at our pet-friendly holiday home in Wurtulla! This charming abode has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & comfortably sleeps 6-8. Just a short 600m stroll away lies the beautiful sands of Wurtulla Beach, offering dog-friendly beach access. Take a dip in the heated magnesium pool (in winter) or unwind in the tropical outdoor undercover area. This seaside home is an ideal base to explore the Sunshine Coast, with its array of attractions & natural beauty. The space As you step into this delightful holiday home, you're immediately welcomed by a stylish open-plan layout encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas with ducted air-conditioning throughout. The living area features a plush sofa to relax and sink into while enjoying entertainment on the smart TV. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals while you're away from home. Gather around the adjacent sleek dining table, which seats six comfortably, to enjoy shared meals with family and friends. The glass sliding doors seamlessly connect the indoor space to the tropical oasis of the outdoor area, where an outdoor sofa and dining table await. Overlooking the sparkling heated magnesium pool (June-August), this outdoor haven also features a patch of lush grass, perfect for your furry companion to frolic and play. The converted garage now serves as a rumpus room/laundry, complete with a table tennis table. Bedroom One (Master Bedroom): The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, complemented by ducted air conditioning, plus an additional air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and a wardrobe. Bathroom One: The stylish ensuite is fitted with a sleek shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom Two: Furnished with a plush queen bed, this room includes ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space. Bathroom Two: The modern bathroom features a spacious layout with a large bathtub, a walk-in shower, toilet, and a sleek vanity. Bedroom Three: Featuring two comfortable double beds, this room is complete with ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and wardrobe space. Laundry: Located in the garage area, the laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine and an outdoor clothesline. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, there is space to park 1-2 on the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking available. Please note the garage is not available for parking. Other things to note *Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. *Please note the pool is heated in the Winter (June-August) to approximately 23-25C. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. *Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
