The first floor boasts a spacious living room, where ample seating and a cozy ambiance set the stage for gatherings. A fully furnished kitchen and a wine cellar cater to all culinary needs, ensuring delightful meals in the stylish dining area or al fresco in the outdoor spaces, cool 19-20 degrees at night and early morning. The outdoor Jacuzzi facilities provide the perfect touch to elevate your holiday experience. On clear days, the distant silhouette of majestic Mount Agung graces the horizon, adding to the enchanting setting. It is a tranquil and peaceful setting perfect for meditation and yoga. Enjoy our spacious indoor and outdoor yoga decks, including a bale balcony and roof terrace deck. Yoga mats are also available for your use. On the second floor, four bedrooms await, each featuring a semi-outdoor bathroom and providing views of the inviting swimming pool. For your privacy, we have provided barrier curtains. Take pleasure in the infinity pool with a sundeck and a tranquil garden retreat, where the activities of rice farmers unfold before you. The Audio-Visual room with a large screen also offers an ideal setting for a relaxing movie night. For those inclined towards staying active, a well-equipped gym room ensures your fitness routine remains uninterrupted, even during your holiday. The ground floor is a haven for book lovers, housing a complete library with an extensive selection of books, promising a comforting and homely atmosphere. Rumah Subak Ubud is more than just a villa; it's a celebration of the Balinese way of life, offering an unparalleled experience of elegance and tranquility.  Guest access The villa and pool will be reserved exclusively for you. A host will be your primary contact person throughout your stay. Our dedicated team, consisting of housekeeping staff, a gardener, and a pool attendant, ensures that the villa remains in pristine condition. The staff is available from 9 AM to 5 PM but does not reside at the villa. Living in such a close connection with nature is truly a unique experience, isn’t it? You’ll have the opportunity to observe farming activities and witness traditional farming in action, especially during the harvest season when dry rice is burned. This is a long-standing Balinese tradition, and we appreciate your understanding and respect for it. Other things to note Important note: The standard rate for the villa accommodates up to 8 guests and includes 4 bedrooms. If your group exceeds 8 guests, an additional charge will apply, which is automatically calculated in the price on Airbnb. For additional guests, we will provide a sofa bed in the cinema and one extra bed which can be placed in any room except the master bedroom. The presence of insects and other critters is part of the natural ecosystem. We regularly carry out pest control measures as part of our commitment to maintaining harmony with the environment. However, because of our villa's open layout, you may encounter some friendly inhabitants during your stay, such as ants, mosquitoes, rice field frogs, spiders, geckos, and other creatures. Additionally, the villa is neither fully fenced nor gated. While privacy is generally maintained, you may occasionally notice people passing by in the field, in front of the pool or in nearby areas. Please note: - We conduct a routine pruning of the grass on our roof terrace every 3-4 months. After each pruning session, the grass appears very bare. However, it starts to grow back within a month and reaches its peak condition in about 3 months. This cycle ensures that our roof terrace maintains a healthy and attractive appearance throughout the year. - Please be aware some areas do not have barriers. While we welcome children, we are not responsible for any accidents, falls, or injuries that may occur. - The pool depth ranges from 30 cm to 160 cm. - Early check-in and late check-out might be possible, depending on availability.
