Built in 1894, this property has all new amenities with old world charm The rooms are large with 10 foot ceilings and attached bathrooms. All rooms have mini-splits for heating/air conditioning and either private or semi-private porches. The water is on demand and hot water is unlimited. Stay here and you will enjoy your stay! The space Two rooms available to rent for $165/night Cap Cod room sleeps 5 people 2 queen beds and single day bed. European room sleeps 2 with king bed Guest access Outdoors you have access to Lake Lagonda with a dock on the property . Both suites have views of this feature. Also there is a fire pit to relax Other things to note Access to second floor is done through white door on right of Blue door. Access to room is top of stairs. Bedroom 1 (Cape Cod room) is on right end of hall. Bedroom 2 (European room) is on left hand side top of the stairway, One set of keys will be in lock box. Please keep your room secured after check-in. Mike will make every effort to be there when you arrive to go over TV/ Mini-splits controls etc. Pls call me if you are going to be late for check-in. 3pm-9pm
