Our residential building with a vacation apartment was newly built in 2022/2024. A new decor awaits you throughout the apartment. A completely new interior awaits you in the entire apartment, as well as underfloor heating and triple-glazed soundproof windows. The open living area invites you to cook, eat and relax. Enjoy a glass of wine on the cozy sofa bed or cook together in the spacious kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a 1.80 m bed. In the bathroom, you can wind down from the day with a warm shower. This also offers you enough storage space for your personal hygiene items. You can leave your suitcases in the storage room. Here you will also find a broom and everything you need in case a little mishap happens to you. Guest access The apartment has a separate house entrance. You will receive your key directly from us upon arrival or via the access code of the key safe. Other things to note Our apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes such as on the Buchenberg (250 m away) or as a starting point for your bike tours. In summer you can reach various swimming options such as the Forggensee, Bannwaldsee or outdoor pool in a short time. But even in winter there is a lot to do in our area. In addition, the shops for everyday needs are within walking distance.
