Earthy - Vintage, an eco friendly-earthen stay. Located on the 1st floor of our family home, this STUDIO type house w/ mezzanine floor is accessed via a spiral staircase (might not be suitable for elderly guests) We would love to know, where you are coming from, who all & do state purpose of your visit, while enquiring * NO SMOKING & ALCOHOL * NO Unmarried Couples * Non-AC * NO 3rd party bookings (for others) * 2 king size beds, 1 bath, a kitchenette & can accommodate 5 (inc. kids); strictly The space Because our property is listed exclusively on Airbnb, we've created a special, personalized space. We kindly ask that all guests have a complete Airbnb profile (travel history, interests/ etc) with a clear photo, and a few words about YOU!!! before we confirm a reservation. Telling us a little about what brings you to the area helps us make your stay exceptional! 5 Kms from KSRTC bus stand, 6 kms from SMET railway station 15kms from RQY airport Earthy-Vintage, one-of-a-kind earthen home and eco-friendly property, where we tried to reduce our carbon footprint. Built in 2024, the space will give you a vintage look and feel. Built with the concept of minimalism, space built with Compressed Stabilised Earth Blocks (CSEB) ( interlock bricks) and poured Earth walls, with minimal useage of cement and paint! For Roof/ ceiling we have done “Madras Terrace” which are rare these days, helps to control inside temperature of the space. For flooring we have used lime stones with rough look (good for your feet!) Overall feels vintage space!! Kitchenette includes an induction stove, rice cooker, kettle; along with cooking vessels, plates, mugs, spoon and forks. Includes a single door refrigerator. Kingsize Beds: One is the main area and other one in mezzanine floor/ attic. Orthopaedic bed by wakefit with all Season Soft Material, Lightweight, Breathable blankets (for fifth person, will provide additional bed) Bathroom essentials includes Shampoo, Bodywash, antiseptic liquid (Dettol), Hand wash (we do NOT provide towels, hence BYO) As ours is an eco-conscious property, it’s a non-AC, with two pedestal fans and one wall mount fan Do check with me, if you need any help your itinerary, I may be helpful!! * You will NOT be sharing place with any other guests ( not a Dormitory) * BYO towels * Local Address/ID proofs are not entertained * No Smoking; No Alcohol; No partying (not even in the balcony); and we are very strict about that!! * No events/ celebrations are allowed * Unmarried couples are not welcome ( if you are in a group, please check with us) * May not be suitable for elderly or persons who CANNOT take staircase * Unauthorised persons/ additional pax visitors who are meeting the guests are not allowed I stay with my family downstairs, please feel to reach us, if there are questions during your stay Please note: 1) We do not entertain 3rd Party bookings (booker should be present and be part of the group staying in our property) 2) We do not entertain direct bookings ( only via airbnb) (we are only listed in Airbnb) 3) Strictly FOUR “plus ONE”; inclusive of Infants and kids (“plus ONE” with additional charges); if found any additional person, entry would be denied with no refund Request to guests: 1) Refrain from entering the restricted area 2) Please keep the trash/ garbage cover, downstairs near the tree, in the dustbin 3)If possible separate wet and dry trash, so that Municipality can collect them accordingly in the morning 4) Please wash/clean the used utensils 5) Please close all the windows before are stepping out / check out Other things to note Leading Food-delivery and Quick-commerce apps provides the service
