Prestigious apartment completely renovated, located inside an iconic period building, in the heart of the center of Genoa, a few minutes walk from the Old Port and the famous Aquarium, from the Palazzo Ducale in Piazza De Ferrari and 10 minutes from the station Genoa Principe, starting point for visiting all the places on the Riviera and beyond. Accommodation characterized by a refined but also extremely functional design, is equipped, among other things, with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning. Equipped with a lift and recently renovated with attention to detail, latest generation systems, livable mezzanines, large windows, fascinating heights with decorated ceilings and a furnished terrace on the external floor/patio, reachable from both the living room and the bedroom. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall, a large living area with large TV and large sofa bed for two people (size 160x190), a brand new kitchen partially separated from the living room, and equipped with everything needed to prepare and consume meals during the stay. living room: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and a walk-in closet for your personal belongings. Going up the stairs to the mezzanine you will find a study area with desk, which can be used as a work space in case of smart working needs. In fact, there is a Wi-Fi connection in the accommodation. Also on the mezzanine you will find a second bedroom, which is located exactly above the first bedroom, with a double bed. In the end there is a modern bathroom complete with sanitary ware, large shower and washing machine, which can be used during the stay. Bed linen and towels are provided by us for each stay based on the number of people booked, and are included in the price. Animals are not allowed. The house does not have private parking. The closest public parking is Piazza Bandiera, 350 meters from the entrance. Otherwise the alternatives may be the car parks in Piazza delle Fontane Marose (600 meters away), Piazza Corvetto (850 meters) or the large Autopark PiccaPietra (15 minutes on foot). For the summer there is air conditioning while for the winter months the heating is centralized, so times and dates of switching on and off will be entirely managed by the condominium.
