Its beautifully landscaped garden and stunning views ensure a tranquil setting with plenty fresh air and open space to allow you to disconnect from the world and feel right at home. Within the suite you have luxury at its best, with high ceilings, bespoke swivel lounge chairs, and open plan living. The space is chic, comfortable and calming, with large windows to fully appreciate the gorgeous environment around you. The Guest Suite furthermore boasts access via a separate entrance to the street with a designated parking within the property grounds as well as plenty of unrestricted street parking. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just a peaceful retreat, you’ll feel completely rested. Wi-fi and smart TV is included with free access to Netflix and STAN. IMPORTANT to NOTE Please note that Ridge Retreat is situated on a terraced property with a flight of stairs to access the lower level where the Guest suites are located. There is currently NO wheelchair access. We would further like to bring to your attention that the property is shared by our family i.e. we live upstairs and with that comes noises typical to any family life. The Guest Suite gives you access to the lower level of the property with the upper level being private space. Please note we are on a septic system so only provided chemicals can be used. Guest access Guest Access: You will have access to your own suite situated on the lower ground level of the property, while your suite has its own patio it also shares a summer deck and pool area with the main house to enjoy the views over the trees and the reflections of the sun setting. Other things to note Two of Australia’s best Wedding venues are located nearby with “Gabbinbar Homestead” located 1.7km away and “Preston Peak Winery and Function Centre” only 9km from the Guest Suite. Toowoomba hosts the fabulous “Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers” every spring, only 6.1km down the road. Enjoy the convenience of being centrally located within Toowoomba and yet have the fabulous iconic range views and nature at your doorstep. The property is in close proximity to the "Middle Ridge Golf Course", should you enjoy a game of golf. No parties, events, pets, or additional guests without prior approval. We do have exterior security cameras for your safety. Our home is newly built so please take good care of it and enjoy how novel it feels.
