We may offer some discounts due to the times of our guests staying. BBQ Grill is free of use but you must clean it up thoroughly after you used. As some guests does not respond this rule so we will have you pay $45 deposit at advance if you need use BBQ Grill, and the deposit will fully refund to you if the Grill has be well cleaned. thank you for your cooperation!
