Bedroom two offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ideal for a couple or individual. Bedroom three provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a single over double bunk bed, plus a single bed for extra sleeping space. Additionally, you'll have your own private jetty for mooring boats and easy access to a nearby boat ramp, as well as proximity to the Rotoiti Hot Pools (boat access only) for a truly unique relaxation experience. Guest access You'll get the whole holiday home all to yourself! That means all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, and living room are yours. Plus, you'll have parking (both on the property and on the street), air conditioning, a BBQ, and those amazing views. You can also head down to the lake whenever you want (just keep an eye on the kids!). You'll have access to the garage for the kayaks but please be aware, the owner does keep their boat in the garage also.
