Welcome to our spacious retreat! With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 5 beds, our home sleeps up to 9 guests. Only a 5-minute drive to Whitianga town's cafes, wharf, supermarkets, restaurants, ferry, and Buffalo Beach. Lost Springs Hot Pools and Beauty Spa are nearby. Across from Hilton Park, 300m from Robinson Road boat ramp and Lover's Rock estuary walk! Our home has air conditioning, a heat pump, ceiling fans, and a washing machine. We also provide a portacot and bassinet for little ones. The space Whole house to yourself. Family friendly with fully fenced yard. Split-level 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Two bedrooms and a bathroom at each end of the house with split level Lounge/ Dining and Kitchen in the middle of the house. Two decks, one small one facing the park across the road, a larger deck at the back of the house with outdoor dining table and chairs. Across the road is Hilton Park. Approximately 300 meters is the Robinson Road boat ramp, and Lovers Rock walk is approximately 150m away with scenic views of the estuary and some historical points of interest. Guest access Suitable for large families, two families, or extended families, our home features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at each end. Fully fenced with off-street parking for up to 3 cars (in tandem). Please note, there are several steps to the decks and from the entrance to the lounge, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
