Single Room: Between Paris & Disneyland

Welcome to our haven, ideally located between Paris and Disneyland. This is the perfect place to visit Paris (25 km) and Disney (22 km) in peace and quiet, while being close to public transport (RER E) and all amenities. Our accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travellers, business travellers and families (with children). Two cozy and very comfortable bedrooms are available, one with a double bed and another with a single bed. Two cozy and very comfortable bedrooms are available, one with a double bed and another with a single bed. The single room: You will enjoy a 10 m² room, very bright and quiet overlooking the garden. It is well equipped to accommodate one person: a single bed, a desk, a small bookcase and a closet with a wardrobe. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay: Bath towels and bed linen will be provided. A coffee machine and kettle are available. For meals, an oven/microwave, stove and cupboard shelf are available in the kitchen to heat your meals. In summer, you can enjoy the garden for sunbathing or the terrace to have your lunch in peace. Guest access Paris is 25 minutes from the house by car. You will be in the middle of all the events of the Paris 2024 Olympics! If you do not have a vehicle: Roissy-en-Brie RER E station is 3 minutes from the house. To reach Paris (Gare du Nord or Gare St Lazare) in 30-35 minutes. 30-35 minutes drive from ORLY or Charles de Gaulle airports. 20 minutes from Disneyland Paris /Villages Nature Paris. To reach Disneyland by train, you can change RER (A) at Val de Fontenay station. 35 minutes from Parc Astérix. 20 minutes from the Val d'Europe shopping center and the Vallée Village with its large luxury brands at outlet prices. 25 minutes from Carré Sénart shopping center and its shopping park. Not far from the house (4 min drive) is a nice little forest with a lake, perfect for family walks or picnics. Beautiful castles: Château de Lésigny, Château de Ferrière with its 2 high-end and bistronomic restaurants, Château de Vincennes, Château de Vaux le Vicomte, Château de Fontainebleau, Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant… During your stay We will be present during your stay and will do our best to make your stay perfect. We will be here to help and advise you on all the activities to do in the surrounding area. Other things to note High-performance Wi-Fi access is available 24 hours a day. A parking space is available in the residence. You can park your vehicle for free. We remain flexible in case of later departure in the morning (if there is no rental scheduled the same evening).
