To begin with, your very mornings are going to be adventurous as you gaze across the seasonal river into the forests with your binoculars from the terrace. A kid's play area with swings and slides is presented right in front of the entrance making sure the kids will have a ball of time. Beside it, a dazzling pool and its waters await your presence. The pool area helps you relax after a long day. Witness the exotic flora and fauna on a jungle safari in the wilderness of Jim Corbett. Enjoy a stroll by the seasonal river where you can make a pitstop for fishing. Don’t miss your favourite movies as the projector set up in the living room showcases movies from all around the world. As night takes over, head out to the lawn and take a look at the luminescent stars with the telescope. Enjoy a scrumptious tandoor meal by the crackling bonfire. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 - This spacious bedroom on the ground floor features wooden accents with a modern touch and tranquil white shades that provide a soothing ambiance. - It is equipped with a king-sized bed, AC, heater, TV, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe and an extra mattress that can be placed on request. - This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water and plush towels and toiletries. BEDROOM 2 - This spacious bedroom on the ground floor features wooden accents with a modern touch and tranquil white shades that provide a soothing ambiance. - It is equipped with a king-sized bed, AC, heater, TV, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe and an extra mattress that can be placed on request. - This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water and plush towels and toiletries. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms, one of them being in the pool area. - All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA - The living room is an exquisite gallery for cherishing picture-worthy moments with your family. - The living room can seat up to 10 people with sofa-style seating and has an AC, Wi-Fi, heater, patio, sound system and private home theatre. - The dining area is part of the living room and can accommodate 8 people at any given time. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, a mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN - The breathtaking exteriors of the property feature a sprawling lawn that is dotted with palm and fruit trees like water apple, jamun, and litchi. TERRACE - Serving as a deck to the beautiful wildlife of Jim Corbett, the terrace is a blissful location for an evening Hi-tea. KIDS PLAY AREA - For the little ones who want a slice of wildlife as well as joyful playtime, the kids play area is an ideal place with its swings and slides. POOL - There is a private pool, 30 x 20 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Guests are advised to bring their own swimming costumes for the pool. - A common bathroom is present in the pool area. This bathroom does not have a geyser. Guest access This booking is part of a 6 BHK property out of which guests will only have access to 2 rooms on the ground floor along with common spaces. Owing to the location of the property, guests are advised not to venture in the back area. During your stay The host is not present at the property and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Breakfast is complimentary. - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.  - A tandoor chef can offer fresh and piping hot tandoor meals at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Jungle safari can be arranged at an additional cost.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
