The Villa has 2 floors w/ 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms -- all bathrooms have hot shower and bidet. The master's bedroom has queen size bed an balcony w/ farm view. Our outdoor space offers 21sqm private pool, outdoor dining and griller. Our big kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The living area has a big 65" smart TV! We have 🛜100Mbps fiber Wi-Fi. Our place is perfect for family vacation, team building, small events or wedding preparation. For any assistance that you may need, you may call her attention. She cleans/retouches outdoor area to maintain cleanliness during your stay. STRICTLY NO VISITORS ALLOWED/UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS /vehicles 2k/pax SECURITY DEPOSIT We collect P5000 refundable security deposit upon check-in, which will be returned on your checkout after inspecting the property. Any violation will be deducted to the security deposit. Please read our house rules carefully. POOL HEATING POLICY 1. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable. We use a gas tank to heat the pool. 2. Pool heating is limited to 4-5hours or until the water reaches 88-90°F (whichever comes first). It's one time heating. Warmness of the pool lasts overnight and gradually decreases temperature. 3. Weather conditions are beyond our control. If the water fails to warm up or becomes cold due to heavy rain or other weather-related factors, we cannot be held responsible. As your host, we want you to experience the best stay possible, however, we want to set this expectation that there are things we cannot control/prevent: 1. Internet connection/speed 2. Electricity and water interruption 3. Insects depending on the weather Booking Agreement 1. Upon confirmation of this booking and as our primary contact, you shall be held liable to any damages, extra charges or accidents along with the concurrence on our rules. 2. All reservations made are nonadjustable. Exception is Tagtaytay closure due to lockdown/eruption which is moveable only. We have optional amenities you may want to use, just approach our staff if you want to rent these features: Heated pool/4-6hrs heating process - 3k - this should be requested in advance (before check in time) NONREFUNDABLE House Rules 1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house. If you are going to smoke outside, always dispose your cigarette butts properly. 2. Keep the gate closed at all times to avoid intruders and stray animals. 3. Respect our neighbors and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM especially most of our neighbors are seniors. 4. Videoke/karaoke and parties are allowed until 10pm only. 5. Do not sleep and do not spill anything on the couches. 6. Strictly no food or beverages allowed in all rooms. 7. If you are bringing pets, make sure they are wearing a diaper inside the house. ✅Maximum of two small pets only We charge 500 per pet per day. 8. Do not leave your doors open when the air-condition is on, this will cause leaking of air-con in your room and will help us save energy. 9. When not in use, please turn off all utilities and appliances such as air-con, fans, faucets etc. 10. Do not reorganize heavy furniture and appliances. 11. Hbo Max are automatically signed in when you turn the tv on. Please do not sign out as we will not provide you the password for logging in again. NO NETFLIX PROVIDED. HBO MAX is only available on the first floor 12. Putting up of banners or other decors that will require adhesives, nails etc, is strictly PROHIBITED as this damages the finish of the house. 13. If you take something out, please put it back, such as books, remotes, decorations etc. 14. We do not allow cooking of dried/fermented seafoods as this leave a lasting pungent smell. 15. If your trash is full, please throw it in the large bin located at the front yard. 16. Guests can park up to 3 maximum vehicles only via street parking. Do park in front of the house. 17. Kindly treat our neighbors, caretakers and village guards with respect. 18. Don’t go to the roof using masters balcony. -if caught fine of 5k 19. Unauthorized guests (2k/pax) Pool Rules/Precautions 1. Do not pickup and throw the pool pebbles stones. 2. Remind children to stay away from the filter suction located at 3 o'clock of the pool as it might cause injury. 3. Strictly NO diving, jumping, pushing and all rough plays on the pool. 4. Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. 5. Children under 3 feet who doesn't know how to swim should have a floater or vest. 6. Eating, drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited in the pool. 7. Use of pool up to 12 midnight only. 8. Proper swimming attire is strictly implemented (no using of cotton or jeans) penalty 5k 9.
