The space Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by the convenience of off-street parking. While this space is shared with the apartment below, rest assured there's ample room for everyone. Need additional parking during your stay? No problem! There's plenty of free street parking available. Head up to the front door and step inside. The home is split between two half-levels, with just a few steps between them. On the top level, you'll find three beautifully adorned bedrooms. Two feature cosy queen beds, while the third bedroom features two snug single beds. Each room contains plenty of storage options for your belongings and is complete with crisp-clean bedding. On this floor, you'll discover a refreshing bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. Nearby is the laundry, equipped with a washing machine, dryer and all the laundry essentials you should need. Plus, there's a separate toilet for added convenience. Step downstairs, where all the fun happens! Kick back in the cosy living room with its comfy seating, smart TV and handy study desk. Gather around the delightful six-seater dining table in the dining room for mealtime laughs and good company. And don't forget the kitchen – it's stocked with all the modern appliances, essentials and all the cookware you need to whip up something delicious! Guest access Guests have access to their self-contained apartment at any time via a coded door lock. Other things to note Your accommodation is located above another accommodation apartment. Please note that you will be sharing the driveway with guests in the apartment below; however, your apartment is private and entirely yours to enjoy.
