The house is 4 km from Tramandaí Platform and about 6 km from downtown Tramandaí, a short 15-minute drive. Also, in less than 2 km and 5 minutes by car, you arrive at the traditional center of Nova Tramandaí. The space Spacious house and patio (exclusively for guests) with Wi-Fi, washing machine and tank, clothesline, 2 portable fans, 32" TV, kitchen items (pots, dishes and cutlery), microwave, blender, electric coffee maker and kettle, barbecue and barbecue items (4 skewers and fish grill), beach items (4 chairs and umbrella) and 1 hammock. Guests must bring their own bed and bath linens (the house has 4 pillows and 2 blankets if needed, in addition to the 4 cushions in the living room). At check-in, the house will be stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2) for the guest's comfort until they can go to one of the nearby markets (we provide a Neighborhood Guide with walking distance establishments). In the kitchen, cutlery, plates, some pots and bowls, 2 table towels, 2 dish towels and detergent will be available. Other cleaning items are the responsibility of the guest. Other personal hygiene items such as hand sanitizer, shampoo/conditioner, soap, etc. are the responsibility of the guest.
