You definitely can be reach to all interesting places in just a few minutes. There are the Redang Beach, Fish Village with fresh seafood/traditional food to buy and fresh seafood restaurant to enjoy. After the whole day travelling, is the relax time for Guest to take a breath at my unit. The space Chill and relaxable SeaView at level 10th One Residence Sekinchan, with balcony^^^ *1 carparks* *9pax* *1King2Queen1Single* *Extra 2 single floor mattress upon requested* *Fast Wifi* *5-10mns away from Sekinchan attractions places, and seafood restaurant, and convience shoplot* *Enjoy the unforgettable stay & memories at here* Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a swimming pool, hiking corridor, children's playground, sky garden (free) with a view of the whole farm and night view. Pool opening hours (daily): - Mon, Wed, Fri: 2pm - 10pm - Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun: 8am-10pm Will provide parking lot to Guest, and enter into premise using access card. Other things to note 1) Please provide driver details, and meet-up to check in. ⏰Check in 3pm ⏰Check out 12pm Full Name/Ic number/Carplate no. 2) Shampoo and shower gels are both prepared. Guests are advised to own bring towel. 3) To collect RM100 as refundable deposit upon check-in, and to refund after check-out time 12pm through bank transfer or e-wallet, if there is NO lost of Access Card, damage, penalties or others, if have. (Anything completely out of ordinary/expected cleaning to be claimable) 4) Pool at 3rd floor, but need to wear swimming suit if play there and follow pool rules at there. -Do not enter into lift in wet clothes. -Do not jump over the pool gutters. Failure of that, (fine RM50) to be imposed by Management here. 5) No pets are allowed. 6) No party/any decoration is allowed. 7) No loud noise after 11pm.
