Farm in Guapimirim with direct access to a waterfall

Surrounded by the green of Serra dos Órgãos in Guapimirim and on the banks of the Soberbo River, with its beautiful waterfalls, SÍTIO TOLEDOS offers its leisure infrastructure and accommodations for about 75 people. The space We can accommodate about 75 people in 3 houses: 1) CASARÃO Main house where the kitchen is located and a huge living room overlooking the greenery. The front porch overlooks the waterfall. There are 4 spacious rooms with accommodations for about 15 people in full and twin beds. 2) BALCONY HOUSE 2a) 1 apartment with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom containing 1 double bed and bunk beds, plus a balcony with a beautiful view of the waterfall. 2b) 3 large bedrooms (accommodation style) with bunk beds. All with bathrooms and fans. 3) CHURCH HOUSE In the Church House, we have 2 large interconnected rooms with capacity for about 22 people in single beds and bunk beds. We have Wi-Fi and parking for several cars. Guest access Sítio Toledos also has 2 swimming pools, one natural with water straight from the source, a soccer field, volleyball court and another large balcony with billiards, foosball and ping-pong. A family-friendly and cozy atmosphere surrounds the site, which also has a meeting place that can accommodate about 60/70 people. Other things to note EXTRA GUESTS The amount reported here by Airbnb is for a group of up to 16 people. Each guest above the contracted number will have an additional amount. The amount of the extra guest fee will depend on the date of the reservation and the number of days of the reservation made. Even if it is only for the day (dayuse), there will be a fee for each extra person who enters the Farm. FREE OF CHARGE Children up to 10 years old are free.
