Classic style heritage house located in South Fremantle. The space This limestone classic is situated on one of the South Fremantle's best streets, only minutes away from cafes, restaurants and bars, and only a short walk to the beach. The entrance features some of the original limestone walls leading into the spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, dinning and living area which is elevated over a perfect outside entertaining space with fire pit for those cooler nights plus pizza oven. There are three bedrooms, and one bathroom located on the first level. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and is ensuite to the main bathroom with a large walk in robe. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and ceiling fan, while the third has two bunk beds. Upstairs you'll find a magical second living area or adult retreat, with it's own bathroom and study all kept comfortable with another reverse cycle split system. Here we can set up a very comfortable double bed instead of or in addition to the bunk beds. This space can be closed off to make a 4th bedroom. Wifi is available and there is plenty of free street parking directly out the front of the house, generally 2 spaces. This house is a must stay when visiting Fremantle, you may never want to leave!
