Guest access We invite you to freely enjoy all areas of the room. As the official method for submitting documents, we use a dedicated link, compliant with Italian law and directly connected to the State Police. Therefore, 24 hours before arrival, we ask that you upload valid identification documents (passport or identity card) for all guests staying in the house via this link. Check schedules and availability online. - If you're arriving by train, we recommend getting off at the Chiusi Chianciano Terme or Montepulciano Stazione train station and taking a taxi (booking well in advance, the Chiusi Chianciano Terme train station is about a 25-minute drive and the Montepulciano train station is about a 15-minute drive from the historic center). Check hours and availability online. Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): We are located in the center of Montepulciano, within the ZTL (limited traffic zone). Non-residents are not permitted to enter or travel within the ZTL by car. We recommend parking in the lots outside the city's ZTL zones. All parking lots outside the ZTL zone have free (white lines) or paid (blue lines) spaces. You can pay directly at the parking booth. Rules, hours, and prices are posted on the parking signs.
