We are a young couple, happy to host you in our Guest House to offer you a pleasant stay :) As classical music lovers, the name "The Four Seasons" comes from the wonderful work by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi. Hence the idea of creating themed rooms that recall the four seasons of the year! The space Our Guest House is located within a quiet condominium, located in a suburban area of Rome, well connected to the center by the new metro line C. The metro station can be reached in just a 3-minute walk from the property (300 meters). The structure consists of a common entrance, a kitchen for common use and three private rooms: the "Summer" Room and the "Primavera" Room are two double bedrooms, equipped with a private bathroom and access to the balcony; the "Autumn" Room is a triple room, also equipped with a private bathroom and consists of a French bed and a sofa bed with a square and a half. The use of the sofa bed is reserved for reservations by 3 guests. If you would like to use the sofa bed even though there are only two of you, you will need to request it at the time of booking and pay a surcharge of €20 for laundry costs. Our rooms have been completely renovated to offer you a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable stay. Each room is equipped with railings, air conditioning, heating, full HD led TV and the possibility to connect free of charge to the internet, through our WiFi network or through the LAN port, for greater speed and stability of internet connection. In addition, each bedroom has its own bathroom, equipped with every comfort (shower, bidet, hairdryer and set of towels). The apartment is easily accessible by public transport, both from Termini station and Tiburtina station, and is only 13 km from the "G.B. Pastine " Airport in Rome Ciampino and 40 km from the "Leonardo Da Vinci" International Airport. Guest access In addition to their own room, equipped with a private bathroom, guests will have a kitchen for common use. Other things to note The nearest metro station to our accommodation is "Parco di Centocelle" and is just a 3-minute walk from the property (300 meters). By getting off at the “San Giovanni” stop, you can admire the majestic Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano (the oldest in Rome) and reach the city's main tourist destinations, such as the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, Piazza di Spagna, the famous Trevi Fountain, the splendid Basilica of San Pietro in Vaticano and the ancient Pantheon. The main street of our neighborhood is 500 meters away, easily reached on foot, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and a wide choice of shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors.
