Apartment with splendid views of the city and the sea, reachable in about 5 minutes on foot as well as the central alley of Moneglia, the pedestrian area in the heart of the town with shops and restaurants a stone's throw from the beaches. Ideal for your holidays in the Ligurian town and for visiting nearby towns such as Sestri Levante and Portofino, Levanto or the Cinque Terre, reachable in about 30 minutes by train. PRIVATE PARKING. The space Apartment located on the ground floor of a building of two with independent entrance and garden. Climbing the stairs from the parking lot you will arrive at the entrance to the garden and the external terrace from where you access the house. Upon entering you will find a cozy living room with dining table, sofa bed for two people, TV and a desk. A French window makes the room bright and allows you to go out onto the terrace and into the garden directly from the room. From here you can enjoy a splendid view of the hills, the city and the sea of Moneglia. You will also find an outdoor table for lunch or dinner outside while admiring the view on summer days or evenings. Separated from the living room, we find the kitchen, fully equipped with gas stove, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, moka, blender, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery and a second dining table: everything you need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. Here there is also a washing machine, which can be used during your stay, as well as a drying rack for laundry. Here too a French window leads to a rear outdoor space. There are two bedrooms: in the first bedroom you will find a double bed and in the second two single beds, a wardrobe and a second access to the front terrace of the house. Finally you will find a bathroom complete with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided by us for each stay based on the number of people booked, and are included in the price. Pets are allowed for a surcharge. The accommodation is equipped with PRIVATE PARKING. There is NO air conditioning in the apartment, while the heating for the winter months is autonomous. For waste you will find a free recycling area at the end of the main road. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM and by parking your car in the designated spot, without using other parking spaces or obstructing other people's access. ATTENTION: The house has flights of stairs and is therefore not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax Moneglia applies a tourist tax of €1/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT: To reach the city of Moneglia by car you need to take the A12 motorway, exiting at Sestri Levante. From here you can choose to take the Provincial Road to Riva Trigoso and take the one-way tunnel alternating with green traffic lights at minutes 15 – 35 – 55 of every hour (about 10 km from the Sestri Levante exit). Alternatively you can continue towards La Spezia along the SS1 Aurelia, up to the Bracco Pass, and then descend towards Moneglia along the Provincial road n. 68 (about 16 km from the Sestri Levante exit). ROUTE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Traveling by plane and landing for example at a Milan airport, you can use the various Shuttle bus services to reach Milan Central Station. From there Moneglia can be reached by regional or intercity train, often with changes at Sestri Levante station. The journey takes approximately three hours for a cost that varies from €16 to €25, depending on the type of train chosen. Moneglia station is one km from the apartment, which can therefore be reached in about fifteen minutes on foot. From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that directly connect the airport to Pisa Central Station. Operating every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (approximately 5 minute journey) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Moneglia (about two hours' journey). Moneglia station is one km from the apartment, which can therefore be reached in about fifteen minutes on foot. From Colombo airport in Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus stopping outside the Arrivals area you can get to Genoa Piazza Principe train station in about 30 minutes. The service runs every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all routes on the AMT network. Children up to 4 years travel for free. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from Principe station towards La Spezia with a stop in Moneglia (an hour/an hour and a half journey).
