The apartment is stone-built, in direct contact with the garden and wonderful views of the village and the sea. It is located in a very quiet spot, on the edge of the traditional settlement, close to the center of the village and the shops, which the visitor reaches by taking a wonderful walk in the traditional settlement. At the same time, it is accessible by car from the ring road and a private parking space is provided within the property. The space The apartment has an area of 30 square meters. It consists of a single space where a mezzanine separates the bedroom from the rest of the space. The bedroom has a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The bed has an excellent quality anatomic mattress. The rest of the space includes a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, tableware, etc.), washing machine, three-seater sofa that converts into two comfortable beds and dining room. This makes it easier to stay for several days. The bathroom is fully renovated and has a shower cabin. The place has air conditioning and new technology wooden frames with shutters. The outdoor area includes the paved courtyard that is in contact with the garden. There the guest enjoys the outdoor living room. The view of the village, the forest, the mountain and the sea is fascinating. Both day and night the images and colors are enchanting. The apartment is located 5-7 minutes walk from the central squares of the village, the shops and the bus stop. Guests walk a beautiful route through the traditional settlement, the cobbled streets and the old stone houses. However, the apartment is accessible by car from the Lefkes ring road and we even offer guests a parking space in the private area of the house. The location of the apartment allows direct access to the center of the village with the shops, the beautiful flowered neighborhoods and the many churches. However, it allows for exploratory short or longer hikes to the mills, the monasteries (of Agia Kyriaki and Ai-Giannis), the vineyards, Mount Stroumboulas, the country churches (of Agios Nikolaos, Agia Kyriaki, etc.), the Byzantine paved path that connected Lefkes with the village of Prodromos in the 18th century, etc. Finally, in 10 minutes by car you are at the nearest beaches of Molos or Kalogeros. In Kalogeros you can try a natural spa with the clay that the rocky coast has. By bus you can also be in 15 minutes at the picturesque Piso Livadi (fishing shelter), the magnificent beach of Logaras and Pounda Beach or a little later, the wonderful Golden Beach (especially for those who love surfing) and the green Dryos.
