The property is one block from the sea! Quiet, peaceful place, perfect for resting and being close to the sea! The sandy area is large, perfect for children; We are 18 min (13 KM) from Pontal do Sul, where you can take the ferry to Ilha do Mel; We have 6 apartments, before booking, contact us to find out which one will be available. The view from the rooms is different from the apartments upstairs, and those on the ground floor do not have a sea view. Bed and bath linens are required! The space The property is small but cozy. Only the cold water shower (to remove sand when coming from the sea) is shared among all guests. Guest access Guests can walk and/or ride a bike on the Atlantic, which has a sidewalk and plan.
