Renovated with the aim of preserving its history It has panoramic terraces overlooking the Tarn, offering you peace and quiet and views of nature and the Albi golf course. Private road with ample parking. Possibility of access to the river (photo) ideal for fishermen. Boat for rent The space You find yourself at the end of the private path in front of this charming little house at the foot of the city of Albi.... You can enjoy the exteriors, the playful room and or bedroom with a sofa bed accommodating 2 people and a toilet (board games, cards, darts, arcade games, children's toy box, molky...) or take a siesta in the hammock... This family home you generously welcomes in these beautiful stone walls and its history. Formerly "Maison de l 'Eclusier de Castelnau de Levis" you can see the remains in the water when there is the sun. You can have a drink around the bar inside under a musical background... And finally, upstairs, the room will offer you a changing show at all times with beautiful views of nature and the river. A double bed for a couple and 2 single beds as well as a crib for your sleeping arrangements. You will also have a tv in the room as well as a full part to store your luggage. NEW... Access to the river by stairs, you will find a small beach, a dock and a 4cv heat engine and rowboat (conditionally) . Ideal for fishermen, popular area for carp and silures, but also for a moment by the water and a walk on the Tarn to the foot of the Cathedral of Albi (additional boat rental). NEW paddleboard available on site (upon request). Access not recommended for children and closed if you don't request it. Guest access Access is unique to guests via the private road... No other traffic will disturb you... A gate closes the premises. A large location allows you to park 2 vehicles without worries. River access on request only. Private dock Other things to note Due to its location and even if the grounds are enclosed, increased supervision is recommended for young children. Indeed there are small stairs and steps to access the terraces and the accommodation plus the stairs in the house, thank you for your vigilance. River access not recommended for young children
