Renovated with the aim of preserving its history It has panoramic terraces overlooking the Tarn, offering you peace and quiet and views of nature and the Albi golf course. Boat for rent The space You find yourself at the end of the private road facing this charming little house yet at the foot of the city of Albi... Guests can enjoy the outdoors, the play room and/or bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people and a powder room (board games, cards, darts, arcade games, children's toy box, molky...) or take a nap in the hammock.... This family home generously welcomes you in these beautiful stone walls and its history. Formerly "Maison de l'Eclusier de Castelnau de Levis" you can see the remains in the water when there is sun. You can have a drink around the bar inside with music in the background... And finally, upstairs, the room will offer you a show that changes at any time with beautiful views of nature and the river. A double bed for a couple and 2 single beds as well as a baby crib for your sleeping arrangements. You will also have a TV in the room as well as an attic to store your luggage. NEW... Access to the river by stairs, you will find a small beach, a pontoon and a 4hp thermal motor boat and paddle (subject to conditions). Ideal for fishermen, a popular area for carp and catfish, but also for a moment by the water and a walk on the Tarn to the foot of the cathedral of Albi (boat rental supplement). No other traffic will disturb you... A gate closes the premises. A large location allows you to park 2 vehicles without worries. River access on request only.
