Villa with Amazing Pool & indoor Fireplace

Guests’ first reaction after checking in: “the pictures don’t do this space justice”, so be warned that you’d want to stay an extra night! The villa is family friendly & geared towards entertaining the kids with toys, a playroom, jungle gym and home gym. Premium coffee while watching sunrise & wildlife in the ocean from your bed will be a highlight, or wine on the patio with a red sunset in the background while the fire is going. A cleaning crew can be made available. The space The house is situated within a security estate with restricted access. It is a three story house with the garage, gym, laundry room and ping pong table on the bottom level. Staff accommodation can also be made available for a nominal extra fee. My own cleaning crew can come in for a few hours during the morning, should you wish to make arrangements. The front door will lead you to the children's games room, the kitchen, main lounge and braai area. The outside deck has a patio set with deck chairs so you can enjoy the sunset while the kids swim in the pool. The top floor has four bedrooms - all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom (king bed) has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath as well as an ocean view. The 1st guest room (king bed) has an ensuite shower as well as ocean view. The 2nd guest room has a double bed with an ensuite shower. The children's bedroom has 2 double bunks (4 x single beds) and a bath and shower. There are two additional floor mattresses that can be made up and placed in a room of your choice. Guest access Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the entire house. Guests can also enjoy private access to the beach, just 100m down the walk way in front of the house. Other things to note We have an inverter to allow for electricity during load shedding. The property is situated in a security estate with restricted access. To gain entry, you would need to provide me with the vehicle(s) registration number(s) as well as the ID numbers of everyone staying at the house ar least 48 hours prior to entry I need these to register them with the HOA as security will only allow these vehicles entry.
