Perfect for a getaway with family or friends, it combines authenticity and modern comfort. Ground floor: - Fully equipped separate kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, induction stove, Nespresso and classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table and chairs for your meals. - Large living room with a dining room for 6 people, cozy living room with TV (TNT channels), wood fireplace (wood not available), desk to work or relax, and separate toilet. First floor: Access by a staircase (may be a bit steep for people with limited mobility). Bedroom 1: double bed (160 x 200), desk and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) with ensuite bathroom (bath and toilet) and a nice view of the Château de Luynes. Portable fans are available for extra comfort during the summer. Outdoor: Private garden with a shaded arbor for outdoor dining, and a small charcoal barbecue for your grills. Children's equipment: baby bed, baby bath (highchair available on request) You can also safely store your bikes in the enclosed courtyard. Wi-Fi connection available (ADSL). Other things to note The rate includes bed linen and towels according to the number of tenants, the beds are made upon your arrival. Check-in times with reception are from 4 p.m. independently by key box. Check-out is at 10 a.m. (later depending on the availability of the house, ask us on arrival)
